8 months old!

Tristan is 8 months old! I can't believe how fast 8 months can go by! He is so big. He is very talkative and happy. He is saying Da Da and he smiles all the time. He hasn't started crawling yet. I think that he thinks rolling is a much faster method of travel. He is now the proud owner of two teeth! He got his first one about a month ago and his second one just popped through a few days ago. They are so cute! We are so blessed to have this precious boy!
We were going to start day care on Monday but I happened to hear about this lady where we live that has a home daycare. She watches one infant at a time and then a few 2-4 year olds. She happened to have a spot for Tristan so we went and met with her and we love her. She is a nice christian lady that has school age children of her own. She is also a professional photographer so she said she takes lots of pictures (something Tristan is used to =P). We think this is going to be such a better environment for him and I feel much better about it than the other day care. He is going to have his first day there on Tuesday. She is going to watch for about 5 days over the next few weeks and then he will be going 3 days a week starting August 10th. I hope he adjusts well to his new environment. He is such an easy baby I am sure he will just sit there and watch all of the other kids.
