15 month check up

Tristan went for his 15 month check up today. He had to get several shots and was not too happy about that =(. Luckily, he made a fast recovery and was up and smiling at the nurses again in no time. He is ahead developmentally because of his vocabulary and motor skills even though he is not walking yet. Here are his stats right now:

Weight: 25lbs and 11oz (65%)
Height: 65%
Head Size: 97% (he has a huge head... must have a lot of brains =P)


He is still not walking although he will stand forever and take a few steps. I think he knows he is so fast at crawling and just doesn't want to take the time to figure out this walking stuff. =) Although tonight before I put him to bed he took about 5 steps so who knows. It could be any day I guess. He is doing so many things now and saying so many words that we can hardly keep up. His favorite words are Daddy, Mommy, Maggie, bye bye, hi, this, thank you, please, up, ball, car, brrr (when its cold), and ilk (milk). He repeats sounds and words that we say all the time. He loves to play with cars and balls. He can brush his own teeth too and it is really cute (although I do a better job first). He eat anything and everything but his favorite thinks are blueberries, bananas, and oranges. He just learned how to do Nosies (eskimo kisses) and it is the cutest thing ever. He is so awesome and so much fun. He is the biggest ham I have ever met and is just plain silly. He loves to make people laugh and he even fake laughs if he is not sure what we are all laughing about! We feel so blessed to be his parents!
